How do I retrieve my tracking number?

A tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 business hours, or have specific shipping requirements please contact customer service at 888-910-1155. For large orders of 30+ items please call customer service so that the best shipping options may be utilized.

Shipping Methods

FREE ground shipping for orders over $100 in the contiguous United States. For all other orders, the following shipping methods are available.

Domestic:

  • USPS First Class/Priority: 2-7 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS Ground: 2-5 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing), not available to Hawaii, Alaska or P.O. Boxes
  • UPS 2-day air: 2 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
  • UPS next day air: next business day (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)

International:

  • USPS Priority International: Varies 7-25 business (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS World Wide Expedited: 2-5 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS World Wide Saver: 1-3 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS World Wide Express: 1-3 business days, 12-noon delivery (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • UPS Express Plus: 1-3 business days, early a.m. delivery (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • FedEx International Priority: 2-4 business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)
  • FedEx International Economy: 3-5 business days business days (+ 72 hour fulfillment processing)

International Customers please note--We do not ship product to or accept orders from the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.

For APO FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO FPO addresses).

Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO FPO shipments.

The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). Overnight and 2-day options are not necessarily guaranteed. Orders placed after 12pm EST will most likely be processed the following business day. To guarantee overnight delivery on orders placed prior to 4pm EST, please call (888) 910-1155 (ext. 1) after placing the order. Express orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Rokstarz reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
